1) Catch includes retained catch and estimates of discards. 2) This report summarizes catch of groundfish species managed under the Fishery Management Plan for Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands and Gulf of Alaska Groundfish. It does not include catch of halibut, but includes catch of FMP-managed groundfish while vessels are targeting halibut. 3) A value of ‘-9999’ indicates data that is suppressed for confidentiality due to an insufficient number of participants reporting for the statistic; a value of ‘-8888’ indicates a value greater than 0 that would otherwise display as ‘0’ with the level of precision (rounding) used in this report. 4) Additional information on the compilation and citation of these data is available in the Groundfish Economic SAFE report.
